Thank you for choosing Noirae Studios! We're so happy to have you here. Before securing your appointment, please take a moment to review our booking guidelines to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience. Your time and trust mean so much to us, and we look forward to welcoming you into our chair.
OUR POLICIES
PLEASE REVIEW BEFORE SECURING YOUR APPOINTMENT.
Our policies are in place to ensure every guest receives the care, attention, and quality experience they deserve. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the guidelines outlined below.
Booking & Scheduling
All appointments must be secured through our online booking system. Please select the correct service and any applicable add-ons. For assistance with booking or service selection, kindly contact us in advance.
Deposit & Payments
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be applied toward your service total. Remaining balances are due upon completion. Electronic payments only; cash is not accepted.
Cancel, Rescheduling & No Shows
We kindly require at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Deposits are non-refundable. Missed appointments without notice will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service total.
Late Arrivals & Appointment Changes
A 10 minute grace period is provided. Arrivals exceeding 15 minutes may require rescheduling. Any service changes or additional requests must be communicated in advance and are subject to availability.
Hair Preparation & Extensions
Please arrive with your hair prepared according to your selected service requirements. Shampoo and blow drying services are available upon request. Hair is included in select services only; kindly review your service description before booking.
Studio Etiquette & Services Satisfaction
To maintain a peaceful, personalized experience, additional guests must be approved in advance. All completed services are final. If you have any concerns, kindly contact us promptly so we can review and address them.

Noirae Studios is located in Upper Marlboro, Maryland. Our studio offers a private, personalized experience, with the full address and arrival instructions provided upon appointment confirmation.
Are shampoo and blow drying services available?
Yes! Shampoo and blow drying services are available. Please review your selected service description or contact us if you would like to include them in your appointment.
Can I bring someone to my appointment?
To maintain a comfortable and personalized environment, additional guests must be approved in advance.
